Con rod bolts: 3/8" 24tpi 2-1/2" overall length 2-5/16 shaft length
Flywheel to pressure plate bolts (6): 5/16"-18 7/8" shaft length hex head
Flywheel to crank bolts (6): 3/8"-24 7/8" shaft length hex head

Wrong steering column
Received replacement used steering column from revolvstore. The linkage at the steering box end is completely different. It'll have to go back. Bugger!

Ring, Pinion and TrueTrac Limited Slip Differential
Cylinder head
The cylinder head we're putting on is a rebuilt one from BHP. It has been milled down to B20E specs to get the allowed 10.5:1 compression ratio. Here are some pictures.

Cylinder head bolts
Need to order head studs.
Cylinder head bolts are 7/16" - 14 tpi 120mm (4-3/4") length.
Threaded length is 30mm (1-1/4")
Bolt head is 8mm (5/16") thick

Here's the new fuel injection wiring harness. Doesn't look like much for $355 does it? Well if it makes the car work reliably it's well worth the money.

Ordered used steering column
The original steering column had been cut and welded for a removable steering wheel (the cheap kind). I ordered a used replacement from http://www.revolvstore.com/

Engine block is back from the machine shop
0.015" milled off the top of the block, cylinders bored for 0.040" over pistons. 0.003" piston clearance.

Interior
Today we cut out the roll cage bar that runs across the dash. It was too hight and blocked the place where the gauges should go. We also ripped out the old angled gauge panel in the center of the dash, and removed the wiring harnesses, steering column and various bits of trim. We'll weld in a new bar lower down.

Some pictures, right after painting the engine compartment. We used yellow Rustoleum aerosol paint that almost exactly matches the yellow paint on the car's exterior
